It has been three months since that dreadful day. Charlie's painting has occupied all of my studio time since then. I was not confident that I had the quality of resources to represent this remarkable and much loved hero of the faith, but today I signed the portrait with 1 Peter 3:14-16. In these verses the Lord describes believers such as Charlie who possessed the virtues enumerated here.
